Accountant’s Copy. I lost my “Name File”, while in “Accoutant’s Copy” mode.

  5. Hi John,

I’m not sure what you mean by losing your “name file”. If you mean that somehow your data file was damaged while you had an outstanding accountant’s copy, you have a choice. You can either notify your accountant and ask him/her to simply convert their copy of your file to a working company file and then provide you with a backup copy (you will lose any work you had done since sending out the accountant’s copy). Or, if your accountant will not be sending back your information and you have a more recent backup copy, simply restore that. (You do have a backup copy, right?)
